First Batch of Swine Flu Vaccine Produced

www.foxnews.com

BASEL, Switzerland — Swiss pharmaceuticals company Novartis AG said Friday it has successfully produced a first batch of swine flu vaccine weeks ahead of expectations.

The vaccine was made in cells, rather than grown in eggs as is usually the case with vaccines, the company said.

Well now they have a vaccine. It is in such a short time with little to no testing. How can they guarantee the saftey of this new innoculation?

I for one will be one of the ones that forego getting a vaccine. In my life I have only had the required vaccines that get you into grade school. Never have I and never will I take a flu vaccine of any sorts.

This vaccine reaks of possible failure or even massive side effects. Kinda scary if you ask me.

Just in time for WHO level 6. I would never get a vaccination ever again I wish I would have not had the ones I did when I was younger, it was almost the only few times in my entire life that I was sick, it's only anecdotal but it is enough evidence for me. Medicine needs to be about making people well again it, like everything else, has just become another industry that only cares about profits.

It does seem interesting how everything seems to come into place just in the right timeline. It begins to look more planned every day that goes by.

Measles, mumps, polio, just to name a few childhood diseases are now a thing of the past because of vaccines.

I remember a time when there were no vaccines against these things. The mumps were not any fun, measles were horrible for me but thankfully I did not get polio.

I will get the flu vaccine just as I do every year and have done since it became available.

With lung disease and diabetes I may as well take a chance with the vaccine.

Living on the edge has always appealed to me. It is a super rush to do something scary.

I will certainly let my ATS family know what the effects are but I suspect all will be fine.

Let's all remember this post here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The United States could authorize emergency use of some currently unapproved immune system boosters called adjuvants to make a swine flu vaccine more effective, an official at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Thursday.

A big challenge facing manufacturers of a vaccine for the new swine flu story" H1N1 flu will be making sufficient quantities of vaccine from a limited supply of active ingredient, or antigen.

*SNIP*

"There are a couple of adjuvants that are being looked at now," he said. "There's nothing that's been approved for use in the United States, but there are several that could possibly get emergency use authorization if it appeared it was called for."

Chemically, the adjuvants are a highly heterogenous group of compounds with only one thing in common: their ability to enhance the immune response-their adjuvanticity. They are highly variable in terms of how they affect the immune system and how serious their adverse effects are due to the resultant hyperactivation of the immune system.

Wonder if this still applies?

This might also explain why the new vaccine is being developed outside of the US. Another part might be the limited amount of liability the government has if the vaccine fails or causes bad side effects.

I read that the people that died from the 1918 spanish flu were vaccine related.

www.whale.to...

A family member of mine works in the hospital and have to get a flu shot every year. Each year they were sick. The year they did not take the flu shot they were not sick.

America is lucky to still have guns. If they burst down your door to put these poison vaccines in your body you have defense.

Donald Rumsfeld has stock in the swine flu vaccines and thats a big red alert right there:
cleveland.indymedia.org...

On the FDA website the swine flu vaccine side effects is not pretty. 12 Japanese kids committed suicide from the side effects of the vaccine.

Prepare for massive numbers of Guillian Burre Syndrome.

Then again .. they claim this wasn't made with eggs .... something entirely different might spring from this. I won't be the one testing it out, that's for sure!

Couldn't the virus mutate due to the vaccine? Not to be too fictional but kind of like the virus on "I Am Legend" did. They created a vaccine then it changed into something new and highly contagous.

I won't deny that there could be something wrong with regular vaccinations, but getting sick after getting a vaccine is common. Vaccines are just weak forms of viruses, so getting sick after getting one is actually a good sign. It means that you've successfully developed an immunity to the real illness.

Again, this is expected. Their bodies were simply developing a resistance to the actual flu.

I was not aware that your body could become resitant to the different strains of the flu virus that comes out each year. If that was the case then why would you need any more than one immunization for it in a lifetime?

You need an immunization each year because the strain is different every year.

Like many people on this site, you are confusing Tamiflu with influenza immunisation.

The reactions you were referring to were to Tamiflu. No accusations have been made of any influenza vaccine causing suicide.

(I challenge you to prove me wrong. If I am, I'd really like to know.)

By the way, I'm not sticking up for the vaccine. I have never been vaccinated against any flu and never will be if I can help it. And I would never take Relenza or Tamiflu either. I believe we get much better results by learning to build health so we can fight off illnesses naturally than by using even the most responsibly made vaccines.

These days we have ample proof that many vaccines in the past have not been made responsibly, and some have even secretly included an agent to make the young women and girls vaccinated permanently sterile. In Australia vaccines were used genocidaly against aboriginals. Hepatitis vaccine successfully spread aids. A virus was knowingly left in polio vaccines that may cause cancer. Baxter were caught sending flu vaccines contaminated with bird flu all around Europe. Squalene, used as an adjuvant, mqay be causing multiple sclerosis.

I know some lovely doctors who fully believe in vaccination. But we must remember that medicine is beholden to the drug companies, who carefully regulate the propaganda with which they besiege the medical profession.
Few doctors have time left in their busy schedules to research these things independently. So it is up to us to research for ourselves so we can at least make an educated best guess at what will keep ourselves and our families safe.

Influenza viruses are always mutating.

The vaccine is being cultured in live cells.
The virus will inevitably mutate into something that is particularly suited to the cells it is being cultured in.
Of course we are not told what sort of cells these are.

If an attenuated live vaccine is used it will combine inside the human mixing bowls it's administered to with any influenza virus the person already has, causing new strains of influenza to form.

This new virus is mutating extremely rapidly, so there are already about 50 subtypes of swine flu circulating.
A vaccine will only immunise against 1-3 of these.
Therefore the chance of a vaccine made against influenza circulating several months ago preventing the type of flu you come in contact with after you receive it are minuscule.

In the meantime, make a garnish of turmeric, ginger, chilli and curcumin. These are great anti-inflammatories and should help against cytokine storm.
Made into a broth with spanish (red) onions, garlic, and whatever else you fancy, these may be a lifesaver if this flu does a serious comeback as the 1918 flu did.

And if you don't need them for that, you'll be enjoying some yummy dishes anyway.
