UFO man 'should face UK hacking trial'

www.metro.co.uk

A British "UFO eccentric" accused of hacking into US military networks should be tried in the UK - not America - because of his mental health problems, the High Court was told today.
A QC appearing for Gary McKinnon, who suffers from Asperger's Syndrome, said there was "clear, uncontradicted expert evidence" that the stress of extradition could result in psychosis and suicide because of his illness

Whatever it is he's seen, i would love to see the 3 amigo's line up an interview with him here on ATS.

Gary McKinnon would make a great member......if he isn't already.

I agree it would be very interesting to hear from him first hand. However I believe he has been banned from using the internet for years under his conditions of bail. But if he could be engaged for an interview the result would be something worth listening to, that's for sure!

Gary's case has really polarized opinions, it has to be said. Here's a typical example:

Could ATS do anything in support of Gary McKinnon?

(Just type his name into the 'Search' function & you'll see just how much interest his case has generated over the past couple of years alone.)

In the light of such discussions it would be good to give the guy a platform, especially if ATS-ers were able to submit questions. That way at least what is said might be based less on assumptions / conjecture, even if opinion is still divided.
