I agree with your post. How did it become a bad thing for a country to develop a higher kill ratio in any war they fought? A higher kill ratio is a good thing to attain, before you enemies figure out how to do it to you. I guess some people think we should stop once we get 2:1 or something like that. I never understand the desire to put rules on war. War is not a football game. Its a "game" of life or death, kill or be killed, beat down the will of them before they do it to you.

Not a bad analogy but you forgot the neighbor known as the UN that will put sanctions on your house making you not be abled to purchase things. Seriously though i think my instructor in the army put it the best he told us our job is not to die for are country it is to make the other poor bastard die for theres never forgot that! War is not equal force war doctrine uses something called superior force to limit your casualties.

I wonder what his true agenda is though. Obama is not a pacifist. He tries to bring off this Ghandi vibe but he is very much a man of war.

Funny a friend was just telling me the same thing a couple of days ago.And his arguments made sense he basically fooled a whole group of people by playing the pacifist.Now was it to get elected or something for more sinister.
