Help with Avatar pls

Im tryong to upload a picture for my avatar, the problem is that i have to log on the ATS Media, when I use the same username and password I have here at ATS it just keeps on asking for it...do I need another username or password?..when I click on register in the ATS MEdia it tells me registers have been disabled....


Can anyone tell me how can i insert my avatar...10q

This happened to me, just got to media portal login and click 'reset password' and get a new password, then it should work
