Hiya fella
She's basically just counting the lights and expressing bafflement before joking "Cuckoo! Hello!" I say 'basically' because it's the sum recollection of my French.
Two and half years with a French girlfriend and what did I learn?

Hi folks,
Basically at the beginning the woman is asking the guy if he can see it,
then she starts counting the lights, and tells him it looks like a triangle. There's a couple of exclamations and her going "coo coo" implying that what they're seeing is nuts.
If I must I can do a word for word translation ...

You're needy!
Woman: (mumbles) ... it's not a plane.
Man: (expletive) I can't see anything, it's all black (dark)
Woman: There! It's climbing, look straight ahead
Man: No
Woman: There
(they go back and forth a couple of times)
Woman: Oh yes, there are 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7 lamps (lights)
Woman: *laughs* I can see it well, wait, oh yes it's a triangle. From afar it looks like a triangle. 1,2,3,4,5 ...yes it's a triangle. Can you see it? ... coo coo ...
I believe the last thing she says is "salut" which the way that she says it is like a sarcastic greeting.
Hope that helps.

Interesting "fleet" video. I wonder what some of the alternate explanations could be.

Right, this is the most I can get, some speech is hard to hear correctly.
F = female speaker
M1 = male speaker 1
M2 = male speaker 2
F 0:00 What is it this little light (garble)
M1 0:05 sh.t can't see a thing, it's all black
F 0:07 there, it's climbing, look, here, right ahead
M2 0:11 me, listen, I'm dead tired, goodbye
F 0:11 do you see it?
F 0:16 ah yes, there are one, two, three, four, five, six, seven lights
F 0:22 hey it's gonna come to here! (laughter)
F 0:25 (garble) likely something like: oh gee, I can't see anything (probably refering to the environment)
F 0:30 ah yes, that is a triangle, with the (garble) it makes a triangle; one two three four five, ah yep it's a triangle; you saw? (garble)

The video itself looks quite genuine as do their reactions.
The thing is though that it's not really a triangle, it's more of sideways square with the light in the back a little off kilter ... a little reminiscent of a stingray.
And I'm always a little suspicious when people stop filming when the object is still there. Although that can also be due to limited cell phone memory.
Very interesting, good find!
July 2, 1999, my mother was out and called me because she saw lights in the sky. He was 21 h 30/22 h 00. The sun had set.
I went out and saw a group of nine balls of light, describing large circles, behind the trees on the horizon, until very close to our house, well below the cloud cover. No noise, just a powerful blast near the end. No traffic light aircraft or helicopters own (and I have seen many others spent the night toward my home!)
We went on the terrace to see better. . For a while I hesitated between continuing to look down and look for the camcorder. I finally get the gear, and I have filmed this during the few seconds of the last passage of the "UFO".
With the crisis of sudden euphoria of my mother passing the object as a bonus ...
The hypothesis of the Patrouille de France in training has been denied both by enthusiasts of aviation as pilots it to whom I showed this movie.
A more detailed account of my observation has been published in "Lights in the Night" No. 380, under the name of "Lights Venelles" (compared to the "Lubbock Lights").
Oddly enough, someone filmed something similar about the area, but at another place, 4 years later (see movie below).

Here is a short film of a UFO seen in PACA July 4, 2003, over a large city.
Had regard to its brevity, it is rebroadcast several times in a loop.
I myself made a similar observation in another part of PACA, four years earlier.
