Ok, so not exactly. It was apparently dumped there after filming on location.

Marc Oakland, 42, who made the discovery, said: "I'd just shifted a tree branch with my foot when I noticed something dark and round slowly coming up to the surface. I got the shock of my life when a Dalek head bobbed up in front of me.

Man, lookit the junk eh?

Excellent find, literally I wouldn't mind finding a bit of sci fi history like that.
That thing could probaly bring in a few bucks if cleaned up and sold to the proper person.

Heh, I think it'd be a perfect thing for a prank, rig it with a radio or something, and then just have it in a closet or something.
Anytime someone opened the closet "Exterminate!"
