10: Henry Kissenger (Lex Luthor if he was Short Ugly and had legitimate political connections, except Lex Luthor didn't want to depopulate everyone)

9: Bill Clinton (Charming traitor who somehow never goes away, has a line of body's behind him yet poses for Mc Donalds commercials, he is a super Villain because unlike Bush he is made of Teflon)

8: Hugo Chavez ( just for being an atypical loud mouthed socialist inflammatory Latin American leader who screams allot at the UN )

7: Tony Blair (Once in Charge of The England he now is forming a one world religion)

6: Osama Bin Laden ( commands an Army of terrorists from inside a cave somewhere, nuff said!)

5: Vladimir Putin (Secretly runs a super power, ex Kgb agent, kisses little boys, poses with his shirt off and dives in submarines to underwater alien bases)

4: The Pope (ex Nazi heads the church and looks like The Emperor from star wars)

3: Ahmadinejad (Beady Eyes, wants to summon the end of the world via Mystical practices)

2: Kim Jong Il (platform shoes, kidnaps actresses and is worshiped as a demi god with a Bouffant hair do)

1: Dick Cheney (the man who wants to rain ball bearings on our enemies from space!)

He's way better than almost everyone on that list!
