Standing just 39 inches tall and 26 inches wide, the little red Postman Pat car is apparently well-known in Europe as a children's toy. Oddly enough, it's now known all over the globe as the World's Smallest Street-Legal Car. The ridiculously small vehicle owes its newfound fame to a 47 year-old man in the U.K. named Perry Watkins, who gutted the plaything, added a steel frame to the fiberglass shell and propped it all up with the chassis from a quad.

I'd be afraid another driver might not see me in that thing and just run the little car slap over!!

A Southwest England's repair workshop boss has recently modified an old FIAT 126 to a automobile which is only 53 cm tall in 3 days.

This mini racing car can reach a top speed of 105 km, and it is also "shorter" than the world's current shortest car by 5 cm! Unfortunately, as he is 1.9 meters tall and can't fit into his new toy, this automobile is currently been driven and demonstrated by his colleague.
