Earth's Spin Slowing, but Time Speeding Up?

the earth melts the ground under us which goes in to the earth then volcanos spew out stuff so in turn it recycles everything so there is no more on top then what was. come on kind of common sense people. if u think valcanos just keep dishing out then the center would half to be hollow which could not be because then no more valcanos....
