The Georgia Guidestones and Swine Flu - the prophecy to reduce world population

One of the prophecies of in the Georgia Guidestones is to maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

Could this be the Swine Flu attempt to eradicate "weak" individuals with poor immune system thus the term "perpetual balance with nature" ? This is the first instruction inscribed on the monuments.

The second instruction reads 'guide reproduction wisely—improving fitness and diversity". Does this imply selective breeding of individuals??

There are language written on the monument English, Swahili, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, arabic, hindi, Sanskrit, Egyptian, Greek, Spanish and Babylonian. What about the rest of the people who are not represented??
