saddam bribed countries

I was watchin fox news a second ago..and its sayin that saddam has bribed many ppl..possibly france(could that b the reason they r against the war)..and many other ppl...i went to the website and this is all i found..did ne one else hear bout this..ne info would b great. oh btw i originally got this info from the o'reilly factor..he was interviewin newt gingrich

their has been quite a lot in the news re: a scottish politician that has been accussed and i believe questioned by police about taking bribes.
