New member looking forward to learning here

I've encountered this message board several times in the course of Google searches for topics that interest me. In particular, I am interested in how "the system" works in the US, especially in areas that impact civil liberties and privacy. I would like to learn more about this, and engage in discussions with other members on how this will evolve over the next few decades.

I have a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering, and am told that I'm very well [self]-educated on a wide variety of topics, so I have a lot of information to share, and am able to understand the technical aspects of these issues.

Welcome to the forum. I'm also new and figured I would add myself to this thread rather than creating a new one. I have a BA in Anthropology and a general curiosity when it comes to conspiracies, aliens/UFOs, and other paranormal phenomena. I'm new to the area, although I've had some interest in these topics for a while.
