I'm glad you asked this question and I hope you get lots of responses because my husband and I are exactly the same way:
Other that a scratchy throat and the sniffles for a few days, we don't get sicks. I've never had the flu shot and for as long as I can remember
I've never had the flu. My husband is the same way, except for the one year he got the flu shot he also got the flu. We have a pretty healthy life
style and diet.
My husband works with the public, including lots of people who have kids and bring them in, so I'm very certain that we've been exposed to almost
everything, if not everything, that goes around.
Unless you're completely socially isolated I'm guessing you've been exposed to the flu somewhere sometime in your life and just didn't get
sick.
I'm thinking that on the off chance you (or even my husband and I) catch this new influenza a h1n1 than you'll actually be better off than most as
you seem to have a stronger immune system.
As to the question of suppliments; the only thing I've heard is vitamin C, but honestly I'd just continue trying your best to live as healthy as
possible and of course use commong sense things like regular handwashing. And relax! Its good for you and your immune system
ETA the last part about suppliments
