This bit of information was in the local newspaper, which is the Mt. Sterling Advocate from Mt. Sterling, KY. This paper is a just weekly
publication. This article was published in the April 30, 2009 edition.
The website for the Advocate is real primitive so I couldn't link to it, nor could I find the article anywhere else. The picture is a photobucket
upload from a scan that I did. The article was on 2 pages so I cut them out of the paper and taped them to a piece of printer paper.

I'm new at this so the link might not work, but I hope it does.
Here is a link to the Mt. Sterling Advocate. The page linked pertains to the above mentioned.

I do believe this is an infringement on our constitutional guarantees against unreasonable search and seizures. Not only that but I can not see
how a judge can make laws in this country. Do they have the power to do so? SHould they?
I hope the ACLU or any defense attorney will challenge this. It's pretty much guilty before proven innocent, in my opinion.
Thoughts anyone?
