No I don't believe it is.
To me it was half parody.I have known some bouncers who don't have the neck thing as they are too small...they are still not people you want to mess with tho so I rule out the neck thing.
I also think the part about escorting him out was wrong as well which is why I think it was a parody but I have met some jerk bouncers who actually act like that and they are usually looked down on.
The part about being physically dominant in body language is true tho.
You have to have control from beginning to end and psychology is alot of it as any fight starts out with the psychological aspect first.Its also how bullying works.
If they don't want to co-operate then yes you kick their ass.
A good bouncer wouldn't act like that jackass did tho with the headbutts on the way out the door and throwing the guy on his head like that.
They are representing a company and have to be held accountable to the public in some degree.
Last bouncer I encountered treated us like gold even tho he knew we might get out of hand...he was ASSERTIVE yet NICE...he even ordered food from an outside source for us as we were not about to be eating the food there.
Assertive yet nice.
