Ok, I just found this and I find it hard to believe.

The scene at the beginning where these things look like they are climbing the cliff looks clearly fake to me, but ...

Later on in the video though, they start physically interacting with the thing.

The end is freaky and highly suspect.

However, in the spirit of sharing, I thought I would post it and see what better minds than mine have to say.

I loved the ending of the video when that thing starting puking, then it exploded. Is this for real? heh Anyways, whether real or fake, pretty entertaining.

Cheers,

3 minutes 20 seconds of time I'll never get back. Other than that creepy.

That looks like a bad prank almost to me, the way it 'throws up' and explodes right when that guy gets rather close to it.

But, if it were real, my first suspects would be some kind of mutated jellyfish I guess. That is about the only thing I would really think of that kinda looks like that. Never seen a jellyfish get out of the water and climb a rock, though. Either that, or the Japanese have really discovered Pokemon..

Looks really freaky. Youtube comments talk alot about cgi in the end when it pukes and blows up. Could be some viral thing or something from outer space

Its cgi, the movements and shadows don't match...
and with Japan's preoccupation with tentacular sex, its not hard to see where the inspiration for the creature comes from.

excellent find, the speed of the creatures on the vertical stone face and their ability to conceal themselves is astounding. Too bad these people abused it and poured beer? into it. I wonder if that caused the ejaculation and explosion? I can't conceive exploding as a defense mechanism, seems self defeating.

Lol, it wasnt a beer it was Coka Cola! I've heard about something similar happening to Slugs when you pour salt onto them, also same with a Pidgin if you feed it alkaseltzar tablets. Due to their crop being unable to process gas the Pidgin inflates then explodes!

Coka Cola is highly caustic so meh, no surprises there but I dont think it'll be the next best Advert for selling their softdrink, highly entertaining, it made me laugh my ass off!

I'm still leaning towards fake on this one ...

Except this part has me wondering:

If it is CGI it's damned impressive.

Looks like an x-rated version of Tiburonia granrojo. I think somebody's having some fun with us.

When they scurried off towards the beginning that looked very fake, they accelarated way too fast. That's one thing that seems hard to do in computer graphics, accurately account for enertia.

There was a size difference between the ones at the beginning and the one at the end as well. Much bigger at the end, 2-3 times the size of the first ones, from what I could tell.

As, note the "dramatic" hunt sequence. Why waste air time on failure, cut to the chase.

Finally, why preview this thing on YouTube? You'd make some scientist's career if you brought that puppy to him.

Ok, I'm not an expert in CG but ...

Towards the end of the video when they start pouring soda on this thing, the way the soda washes away from it is incredibly natural looking.

From the little I know about CG one of the most difficult things to do is making liquids look real.

The only other thing I can think of is that this is a combination of CG and a real (fake) animal. Maybe some kind of mechanical movie type thing.

I'm sure you noticed that the one they "corner" never moved like the others. It quite possibly is a motorized dummy. Adam and Jamie could whip one like it up in a few hours.

It's probably a viral video that is trying to promote a (VERY BAD) Japanese version of "Cloverfield"...get's people talking and then they'll come out with some movie like "attack of the inside out va-jay-jay's" I mean cmon, that IS what it looks like when it's flipped upside down

I also noticed they constantly edited the clip over and over ONLY when they are up close to the Inside out Va-jay-jay...i think we should all start calling it that LOL

The last part where they get close to it, is not CGI but a puppet.

It is very obvious when they retreat up the hill, that it is CGI. And it is very clear that it is a puppet/robot in the close up shots.

I'd name them Vagiseals.

it's fake; at the beginning of the video the creatures scurry away at impossible speeds up the rocks ; rushed CGI.

The biggest gag of the video is what the bottom of the creature looks like. I'm just glad they only stuck a stick in it and stopped there . . .

it might have threatened Japanese tentacle porn . . .
