I'm new to ATS. Is Skunk Works the place for a topic that isn't related to the categories on the board?

Skunk works is for those theories that don't have many if any facts to back them up. This is more of a place for speculation.

Being a newbie and all will also let you know I know that a single word was all that was needed in your post. But always try to say more than one word or one line. One liners are highly frowned upon.
