If you haven't already hear of these projects being pursued by PHILIPS, then you should check this out!!
SKIN tattoo

Tattoos and physical mutilation are amongst the oldest forms of personal expression and identity. Subcultures have used tattoos as a form of self representation; a visual language communicating personality and status. Philips Design examined the growing trend of extreme body adornment like tattoos, piercing, implants and scarring.

The Electronics Tattoo film expresses the visual power of sensitive technology applied to the human body. The film subtly leads the viewer through the simultaneous emotional and aesthetic transformations between two lovers.

Unfortunately, I can't put the vido on here because it's an embedded windows media, but it doesn't show pornographic nudity. It's quite tasteful. You might need to download a plugin to view it though, sorry in advance!

I think this is truely amazing technology, and needless to say that I will want to be first in line for this, if it becomes reality!

Check out all the other projects that PHILIPS is starting, they are all pretty cool!

EDITED: You beat me to it!!

Kinda creepy for me. Attached to your blood supply, and perpetually connected to a wifi network.

Not real yet, and I'm kinda glad. Though it's incredibly cool.

^All I can think of is Leela from Futurama...lol

Wow that's definately cool. I wonder how they control the pattern from the touch? Does it change each time you are touched a different way? I would kind of think it's like one of those magna-doodle things but under your skin if you can

Let me know when it becomes available I want one~
