What do you think? 4chan has created almost every piece of internet culture around. Does that make them influential, or does their bad side outweigh the good?

I, for one, am voting 100 for moot.

99% of 4chan is just bored 14-21 year old nerds. That being said, it is true almost every piece of internet culture can trace it's origin to somewhere on 4chan. The "cyber hackers" that MSM likes to portrait 4chan as being would be about as accurate as saying if a member here on ATS assassinated a Senator and the MSM portrayed ATS as a breeding ground for terrorists.

Not only that, they hacked the score board as well.
