A Simple Request??

Ok so I'm watching FOX the other day and they are talking about how veterans are getting very angry over a report that Napolitano put out about "Right Wing Extremism".
I wanted to read it myself and see what I thought of it instead of letting FOX do my thinking "LOL"
Anyway I searched the whole DHS website and all I could find was her response to said report..Apologizing and such.
When I tried to contact the "DHS" every which way but loose they keep giving me the run around..
All I want is to read the darn report..I feel like they want to bury it and not let me see it.. even the FOIA cant help me and that's what it is there for..
