Biden will get $250 Social Security bonus from stimulus

Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. announced last month that Social Security beneficiaries will get one-time $250 stimulus bonus payments beginning in May.

He didn't mention that he will be one of the recipients.

From his past record, think we can rule out any charities. I know my Mom, who lives on $13k / year, is going to use her's on bills. Don't think Joe has the same worries she does.

Well considering he's old and still getting old. Old men need money to get stimulated so he's going to buy bottles and bottles of Viagra.

Seriously, who knows and who cares? One more thing to throw at him during reelection I suppose. He's already got tons of money and I'm guessing he made even more during the campaign so another money grab for this DC politician doesn't surprise me a bit.

Are you sure about that? I thought VP Biden had been one of the least wealthy Senators that we've had serve. He also had many family tragedies and medical expenses so maybe got a pay raise this year but he's not that rich - always used to take public transit to get to DC. Disabled veterans under the age of 65 will also get a check. Senator McCain is eligible for many reasons but can only collect once. He's still receiving $45,000. a year %100 disability from the VA.

Yeah. We should all feel sorry for Joe who made $320k in 2007. And he was rated as the least wealthy Senator, which is even a sadder fact. No wonder they are so disconnected from the rest of America.
