Liver cleanse: Here is the formula to the one I do. It leaves you feeling great.
The one week Liver Cleanse; drink 12 oz. or a large glass of pure apple juice with the mother (ie.Raw apple juice) Drink this three times a day pref.
morning noon and night for 6-days. At noon on the 6th day will be the last time you drink the apple juice, also at noon on the 6th day- eat a light
lunch soup or just rice. skip dinner that evening.
mix a quart jar with three table spoons of epsons salts in 4-cups of distilled water. drink 1/2 of the espon salts and water from the quart jar
around 6pm.( it helps to cool the sloution down in the freezer for 30 min. prior to drinking) in about 15-20 min. max. you will have the best bowel
evcuation that that you have ever had. on the same day, later that same evening say at bed time about 10pm. drink the following premixed preparation.
Using a quart jar fill the quart jar half way full with freash squeezed grapefruit juice and fill the top half with..........virgin oilve oil.
just before you drink this, mix it with a blender for about 15 sec. (or put the lid on the jar and shake it violently)
( it does not taste as bad as it sounds like it might taste) it will look milky white. Down the whole quart of this mixture and lay down at a 45%
angle. ( not flat on the bed). A wedge shaped foam pillow is great for this part if you have one, if not just prop about three pillows under your
back so that your head is not too low. In about 30-45 min. maybe longer, you will feel the need to start heading for the toilet. You will note little
Rabbit size pellets that are green and red floating around in the commode. These are the bad things being removed from your liver. the next morning
when you get up, drink the final portion of the distilled water and epson salts mix and you will have another bowl movement smaller than the one the
night before. You may see more green an red rabbit pellets floating in the water. for you city slickers, a rabbit pallete(turd) is about the size of a
pencil eraser. Eat a light breakfast and a medium light lunch. you should be able to eat a regular dinner. DO this three or four times a year or at
