Charges For Space

My thought came to me when i was in the shower : All the UFO\'s we have been spotting lately and the stuff we are sending in to space made me come to this. How funny or ironic would it be that when/If aliens came down from earth they charged us for pollutiing space and charged us rent for using our salelites there.

I know what your thinking, how and why would you be thinking of this and i dont know why i just came up with it.

Then would be be in more debt or say no WAR breaks out
