According to the time wave zero hypothesis we are seeing a repeat of history.

So we know that the Boston Tea Party happened in 1773 followed by England passing the "Coercive Acts" law which closed Boston Harbor to trade and commerce until England was paid back for the destroyed tea...which led to additional acts of protest such as the "tea Parties" we are seeing now, which led to the Revolutionary war in 1775!

So Texas is now starting a "revolt" against the Federal Government attempt to hold power over states rights. So is this the starting of a NEW Revolutionary War? Will other states also do the same?

It is something to think about. Consider,..if many people stopped paying their taxes, I'm not advocating that, just saying if it happened, that with all of these bail outs and now the revelations that much of the money spent went to crooks and thieves, and now, I'm quite sure, that huge taxes on just about everything will be shortly levied, could there really be something to this Time-Wave Zero formula?

It looks to be a valid argument in favor of TWZ.

The Tea Parties seem to have been totally ruined and commercialized.

I mean, people from FOX News are going to be at the Tea Parties for Christ's Sake. People like Sean Hannity are trying to make it seem like the whole point of the protests is "taxes." LOL, what a bunch of B.S.

Well all it takes are a few "innocent" acts to start down the path of revolution. I'm sure the Feds don't take a kind eye towards these events, and what if some really bad things happen at several, further escalating the bad feelings towards the government?

They are trying to make it into a Right/Left thing, as usual. We know it has nothing to do with Republican or Democrat, but of course they keep pushing it to distract everyone.

I can just hear the "Democrats" tomorrow when they see the news. "Wow, look at all these Right-Wing extremists, protesting and all upset because their side lost the election." lol, the idiots don't even have a clue. If Bush was still in office all the Republicans would be saying, "Wow, look at all those left-wing nuts, mad because their side lost."

I always wondered how that would play out. When i heard about these "tea parties" a month ago, to occur on tax day, I thought it meant that everyone was going to not file. But it turns out that people are just going to tea-bag Congress (what?). I thought, how pathetic. But what if there is a large number of real dissenters, people that don't file. What if in the next couple of weeks they realize enough people did not file and it causes them to enact a state of emergency and start putting people in camps or just killing them!

I can breath now.... Ah! pessimism porn!

I had a look at that blog post the other day - it's a good explanation of the correlation between what's happeing around us and what the timewave is showing. Anyway, I agree. I, like many others feel it, especially right now.

Whether higher-ups planned all this, or chaos and complexity are accelerating, I have found one thing about the human experience to be absolutely true: history repeats certain 'themes' via a fractal process. The current theme is revolution.

Cycles of the same 'themes' of experience repeat in the same order over and over throughout human history, however each cycle happens quicker than the one prior. These cycles began as epochs in length, and now they only last a few years. This idea was developed by Terence McKenna and is referred to as Novelty Theory (Timewave Zero). A few other that have put forth similar ideas are Gregg Braden and Jose Arguelles.

We are currently at the end of the 67.29 year cycle (see my signature for the exact location). Here is another image illustrating the spiral overlay contributing to the repetitive nature of our experience.

So as you can see, if this graph does accurately represent the entire historical human experience (which I believe it does - it's all there), then it explains why we perceive things to be so crazy right now. Novelty, chaos, perceptions of change, expectations of change, stress, technological progress, speed of information, communication, awareness - it's all accelerating, and will continue to do so until infinite compression is reached. Once that happens, no one can tell what life will be like. It's beyond our capability of knowing.

Aside from the Mayan long count calendar ending, this I believe is the definitive 2012 prediction. Everything else is on the level of Nostrodamus riddles and scary stories. This is what's happening, and we all feel it.

Thanks for posting that. That's some interesting stuff to think about.

I have a question though. How can that evolutionary cycle be correct when there is still such a large divide in the lifestyles and cultures of humans on Earth today? Many people in places like Africa or Asia are still living in horrible conditions without technology, so in their eyes the evolutionary time wave you've shown wouldn't really apply to them, I guess it really only applies to the developed nations of the world. Maybe those people in Africa wouldn't "perceive things to be so crazy right now" because they don't even know what's going on in the rest of the world.

The tea parties of 2009 are a weak protest, it shares the same idea of revolution but its nothing like what it was back then.

I want to say its a gimmick, but thats not the word i am looking for. I mean throwing tea into a river...but this tea has 0 meaning today.

YOU MEAN WE DIDNT GET OUR SHIPMENT? ahhh no worries, brb, running down to the store.

so what the hell is the point?

You can say, well they are making a stand, and blah blah... no they are not. they are making themselves out to be something else.

A revolutionary war would be impossible and if it was to happen would be a total slaughter. Imagine regular people with regular gun going against the US military. Back then there were no take, missiles, aircraft, advanced guns, etc... Imagine lightly armed untrained citizens fighting against the federal government. Not gonna happen. Tea parties today are just symbolic but actually are not going to accomplish anything.

I'm guessing that the whole thing fizzles. A couple cities (probably San Antonio, for one) get decent turn-outs, and the smaller cities have a handful of people standing around with anti-Obama signs. The rest of the country sees the San Antonio protest on TV and says "those crazy Texans again...there's got to be something wrong with a state that takes in George Bush and Kwame Kilpatrick within a two week span...

Even if it fizzles, though, the fact that nation-wide protests have been organized is a sign of potential turbulence in the future. I'm not sure if we've seen this in America since the Civil Rights movement.

EDIT to say: I don't have a problem with Texans, but there is a negative perception in much of the US. The mainstream media does that state NO favors.

i don,t think you have considered the nature of guerrilla fighting. Imagine Viet-nam or Afghanistan, only this time the people are better armed and better educated. The money to the government is starting to trickle out. Supply chains to the military are broken down. Snipers working on any type of military target. Supplies having to shut down due to threats and lack of workers. The revolutionaries blending in with the people and even heavily infiltrating the military complex. Saboteurs hitting targets all along the supply chain. A target rich environment for the revolutionaries and massive protest over the innocents killed by the military. Orders having to come down the chain of command while hit and run squads decimate the military. Poor moral and desertion due to having to fight against family and friends. It is not all about tanks and planes. Besides most heavy weapons would be useless as there would be no clear makings of enemy lines or territory. If you look at it from a tacticians point of view is is all to easy for the military complex to loose this type of encounter. Why do you think the focus lately has been on urban assault?

Not to stray off topic here but where were all these tax/spend/gov't debt/gov't waste "rebels "when Dick Cheney had Congress raise the national debt ceiling to $10 Trillion a couple years ago. I remember saying to myself "is this insanity or what? we're never going to be able to repay this debt".

So if these people want to pay less taxes and have less gov't debt and waste, etc., who's going to pay for our monsterous Medicare/Medicaid system (aka - the biggest socialized medicinal system in the world infested with fraud), our wars, military occupations, and grossly overbudgeted defense contracts (again, infested with fraud), social & corporate welfare programs, and general welfare to the nations of the world?

Anyone, please help me to understand this, i'm a little confused? Thank you.

The amount of people willing to fight such a superior power would be so small it would be stamped out within an hour. It would take one rebellious force or militia to get completely wiped out for the rest of them to put down their arms. I realize alot on this site are gun ho about starting a revolution and taking up arms but this is an internet web forum. I bet most , 98%, would wuss out if it came to that. It would be a battle that couldnt be won. Especially over in the USA where people value the lives of innocent people as well as their own. It is different in afghanistan, Iraq, and the middle east. Those people are willing to kill innocent people as well as die themselves. Americans value life too much. There will never be another American revolution, at least not a violent one. It would be over in less then a day and thousands would lose their lives. Talk about a complete disaster. You think the government is taking away your freedoms today. If there was a revolution there wouldnt be any freedoms. Talk is cheap. Even cheaper on internet forums. The amount of people actually willing to fight and quit their jobs would be less then 5% of the population.

Well, first of the first "revolutionary" war was fought with only about ten percent of the population in support. The founding fathers thought that they would be tried and convicted of treason.

Second, I really do not think that you are aware of the capability and resourcefulness of the American people. We are a true sleeping giant. Yes a good number of them would follow anything that was told to them, but I am all to aware of a larger percentage that is starting to wake up. We are a free and carefree lot usually, but on occasion we wake up and and become a force to recon with. Even a rabbit will fight if cornered.

Every fighter has a fighters chance. We were the underdog once and can survive being the underdog again. We did not come to be the leaders of the world by sitting on our butts. We did it with hard work, ingenuity, and often pure guts. It is still there, but hidden. Don,t give up the fight before the first blow is struck.

No one would even quite there jobs. That is one of the advantage of fighting a guerrilla type war. You don't stand in a line and fight like the British did. You hit and run. Disperse into the populace, and do it all over again. Only a fool would stand up toe to toe and fight a giant. Many here are veterans of one of the strongest military forces in the world, the people are well armed and informed. And we don't have to play by their rules.

Yes Americans highly value life, but they highly value freedom as well. In a war there will be casualties, but there are more than you know that are ready and willing to lay down their life for this country. They love this country. They hate this government.

The people created this country for those that seek a better way of life and for years we have had it. America has stood as a bastion of freedom and liberty to the world for many years. Do not think that because we have stood by and watched it evaporate that we do not care. What has any other nation on earth done to bring a glimmer of hope for the common man? What other nation of hope offers the "American Dream". Do not ever underestimate the peoples love of this land be confused with there disgust for what it has become.
