So yea,I need help making my ATS-Media profile look straight.I have some songs downloaded on there(which I need to rename)and I want to make a cool background.Can anyone help???

Really?No one has any suggestions or tips for me?I am not to versed in computers besides what I need to know,so I really don't know jack about graphics and such.
