I'm rather new to this site, and haven't posted on BTS yet.
I've taken a renewed liking to COD4, and would like to invite anyone and everyone to play with me. I've always formed good friendships through games, and I'd like to be able to talk about some of the other stuff these forums have to offer with dedicated gamers as well.

I'd be nice for some response.

And best wishes to everyone.

COD4 has got old for me, sadly

My tolerance for bad players doesn't go far, and having all public servers full of 3x nade, sonic boom, martyrdom tards drove me over the edge.

I quit the public servers of COD4 for that reason. Bad perks making up for the lack of skill.

The competitive scene wasn't much better. Full of bunnyhoppers who's survival completely rested on their ability to quick prone and spam. No thanks.

Sure you will find some players around here somewhere though.

Ah yes I can understand for those are all valid points.
I've played a few matches, especially last night with what I'd consider to be the worst peer gaming community I've played with in awhile.

However the few good matches I got into, were just that, good, fun worth all the horrible servers it took me to go through to find an enjoyable game.

Have you played World At War yet fooffstarr?

Single player only.

The multiplayer didn't really appeal to me. I've kind of gone off first person shooters at the moment.

Haha this is what I get for not being able to afford the newest hot titles.
Oh well, I'll play by my lonesome, to be honest, I was actually expecting a decent response.

So does single player really get that sick?
I've never really played all the way through, here or there on one 360, pc or the next.

i haven't read anything yet so before i do i'd like to tell you. if you'd replace "PC" with XBOX your responses would be far greater.
xbox obliterates pc for online shooters (full stop)

Haha well your right with that.
I knew that posting this.

MY call was towards all the people that may not be able to afford a 360 at this moment.

Another stupid slap for me, I'd have better luck finding players on gamefaqs or ign. I was just hoping to play with a few conspiracy lovers and make some friends.

Haha.

And a fair warning, play with me you will get blasted.

I like the CoD series for the single player campaigns, not so much the online play.

Lol.

The PC has been around making or breaking online games since before the 360 was even thought up.

Counterstike beta 6.6.
Starcraft.
Diablo.

These games were pioneers in online gaming, and without them you wouldn't have a decent system of online gaming at all, let alone on your console.

I dunno, really quit playing CoD for a while now......

After completely finishing all the Prestige mode levels in CoD4 (Gold Cross 55), and getting halfway through the same in World at War, it's just become tiresome and my teeth have begun to ache.

I'm saving my energy and passion for the next installment: Modern Warfare 2

There are way too many haxors there, and the worst part is that no one believes when I say that 'that guy' is cheating.
So I take it on my self and calling him cheater to the point where he wanna show me how 'bad' his cheat is, and every one sees him..

Cod4 is kinda cool but game is too Rambo for an military fps..
