Germany: the only honest country?

As has been stated before at least a couple of dozen countries illegally benefited from the Iraqi/UN Oil for Food program.

Out of the countries who were obviously bought off by Iraq, most notably Russia and France one country that opposed the war seems to have a clean slate concerning this corruption... Germany.

Could Germany have been the only country that opposed the war for purely ideological reasons as opposed to corrupt monetary reasons? I say yes!

Maybe in Iraq....maybe...

Maybe not on the oil for food program....

But Germany has had its fair share of corruption monetary scandals....

no, and anyone who thinks any country is honest must be off their rocker....

no country is honest if you ask me. Governments are not honest, they just do what they think is best..
