Looks like the curtain is finally coming off. I think we are very near to finding the truth behind Iraq. Hopefully we can end the $$$War to keep money at home, as well as help defend our borders. This could end the reckless spending going on, as well as relieve an exhausted ground force.
I think the Obama administration will reveal the past Administrations intentions and reasons!

We've known this for years. It's not going to change a thing. The truth of the matter was they wanted to establish a permanent military presence in the Middle East through any means necessary.

Iraq didn't work since the army that was disbanded joined the insurgency, so they are now moving everything to Afghanistan where the government awaits with open arms.

Nothing will ever be done about George or his possy.

Not going to happen, no President elected is going to pull us out of Iraq until we know that the oil supply is safe, and it won't give the U.S. a black eye, and create a vacuum to people who could be of a threat to America...kind of like we did with Afghanistan after we had a proxy war against Russia using them. Had we not simply stopped funding the Taliban probably wouldn't even exist today...a good movie to explain that is "Charlie Wilson's War"...it might not be a popular opinion, and I frankly don't want it...but we are going to have to clean up our mess, or it's just going to deja-vu all over again, and we'll be in the region again in short order, risking more lives, and possibly calling for a bigger occupation. Though I think we should have the foreign policy of not provoking anything and minding out own business, we have to deal with the hand we're dealt.

nope they did sucseed in iraq!!! they stopped sadam selling oil in euros!!

oh and btw the reason we are in afgan is the pipeline that feeds the oil to the caspion sea!

god i hope i got that right but neways the bases that are there in afagan all line up with the pipeline1!!

and the taliban "yes they are nuts" but the hated poppy and it infact went down when they outlawed the growing of the crops. the crops then came back once we took over "we the cololiton"

I think the reason for Obama pointing out Bush's mistakes would be so that everyone forgets about his.

People would start to play the blame game and say "Oh but it was Bush's fault." It's not Bush's fault. It's not Obama's fault. It's not the Illuminati, aliens, reptilians, etc.

Bottom line is that it's US that are the problem because we live by sayings like "Ignorance Is Bliss". It's attitude like that which is bringing about this evil agenda in the first place whether it's alien controlled or just plain greed of old religious men.

How could he be lied too. He was the freaking head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the first war. He is probably one of the most knowledgable people on this part of the world.

So Colin Powell would have to be either stupid or a liar to say he was lied to. By the way, this is coming from someone who thinks Colin Powell is a great man and I would vote for him to be President in a heartbeat.
