Tolicha Peak view from Google Earth

Hi, I found in Google earth a some interesting views and the northwest of TPECR I've seen some small airstrips, I don't know if they are part of Tolicha Peak, so I want to make sure.

What I don't know really it's if TTR forms part of TPECR, since most of the SAM sites and small runways are inside the TTR. Sandia Corporation and DoE run the site? What security is used in Tolicha Peak?

No offense here, but you don't write like a person that lives at Warm Springs, and if you did, your name would be Falini. Try to restate your questions after rereading them. The TPECR is pretty well documented on the net, though not particularly from a definitive source.
