Hopefully someone has more info on this that can prove or disprove it. I think everyone would agree that this would be a good thing.

So does this mean they dont have to pay out all the tax returns to millions of Americans? People count on their returns and that could cause civil unrest if it happens.

Would be great news were it to be true, although I am skeptical for sure.


To disband the Fed and the IRS would be the single greatest gesture that this administration could show to the people of this country that they are serious about fixing the problems facing our nation.


What makes me almost believe this to be true is the fact that I am seriously doubting the treasury will be able to fund all of the tax returns that are due this coming tax season. States are already having problems covering state returns, Im sure the feds will see the same problems with such a shortage of funds due to failing investments and poor real estate tax revenue due to the collapsing markets.

Crash and burn I say, good riddance.

So according to the "Bankruptcy document" They are destroying all Federal reserve notes?

So are we going back to the gold standard? Or is a New currency being implemented?

Wow if this is true this could be the Major discussion at the G20 summit.

If they abolish the Federal reserve and the IRS this will be the GREATEST day of my life. I just pray a world currency is not coming.

if this was a fraud then what would be the purpose of doing this? Would seam pretty vain to fake it, but you never know.

I can't find much information on this guy being a fake. Seams to be a lot of information with him relating to tax fraud and such... I really don't know.

Lol, all it would take for it to be true, would be for everyone to believe it, and not pay their Federal Income Taxes.

I still fail to understand why if there actually is no law dictating our payment of Federal Income Taxes, then why does Congress not simply enact legislation, thus making it official?

Well here is my contribution:

I went to the UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF EASTERN WASHINGTON website and typed in the case number. Here's where that took me: www.waeb.uscourts.gov...

What does it all mean? Seeing how my grasp of court proceedings and most things related to law is drastically limited, I can honestly admit that this is all very confusing to me.

I also went ahead and googled Roland and Virginia Fox, which led me to a something about a US Tax Court proceeding and the history of Oxyfresh!

Hmmm.... now that would make sense. Seeing as how so much money has been spent, it could mean that there is no real money to pay out.

If this is real, then prepare for things to get crazy.

This would be an awesome idea, if it would or could happen..but i think its a hoax... look at JFK, he too wanted to end the ZFED , and look what happened to him. remember, government is a corporation now, and what do corporations do? they suck up everything to stay in business.
