Probably not the same one who came up with "90% of statistics are made up on the spot".


And oddly enough, the #1 result for the search on google was this thread.

I did some other searches across known quote pages, but couldn't find it.

I found this quote though, which would mean 91% of people are evil.

You know what. Everything is grace.

so basically what i think is that many souls have evil tendencies but are not completely evil.

I think the number of complete evil is in the minor, and the number of true saints like gemma are even more rare.

But I think there is also more good then evil in the indifferent people.
