UFO Hunters, time travel?

I just saw the episode this evening and was also intrigued by Bill's comment about time travel. In my search for what he was talking about I found this ATS discussion, which only made me more curious. I emailed UFO Magazine and got the reply posted below. Not sure if anyone's still checking this thread for an answer, but I have it, right from the source (pretty much).
