POSSIBLE UFO PHOTOGRAPHED OVER LOCH NESS, SCOTLAND

J. Burkhart, of Rochester Paranormal Research, kindly submitted the following picture accompanied by two enlargements featuring an aerial anomaly. It was captured via a static web cam [Nessie Cam #2], mounted aboard the Loch Ness Project's research vessel M.V.Deepscan. He suggests that it may possibly represent a UFO.
