The Public Affairs Officer will typically only read from a script, and sometimes doesn't even see what's going on. She's not allowed to speculate. Unless she's told to start talking so we get distracted from what just happened.

Yes, it is from 2007 but it looks remarkably similar to the object from STS119 thats why I put it up-

wow that makes a big difference. So is it a mark where to land? maybe a target for where it should land? i have no clue about the space shuttle, just an idea after hearing the audio.

It didn't happen that way. The original audio was replaced by this moron Youtube user
someusermh with another audio not related trying to cover the comments. Check the
original footage with original audio I uploaded and hear the real comments here.

From what I see I cannot understand what we are looking at, maybe some minutes (or seconds) before or after could help explain this, or at least give us more information about what we see.

The incident happened when the shuttle Discovery was in route to the ISS two hours
before docking. Before this scene there was another view of Discovery and also
comments by the astronaut and NASA. Then the sequence started by surprise and took
some time till the white anomaly dissapeared at the bottom but the scene continued
with the lady from NASA commenting some issues. She never reacted to the anomaly.

I uploaded the original sequence WITH original audio so don't pay attention to the
manipulated one by this moron Youtube user someusermh. Check the original here.

Why is your video so choppy compared to the altered audio video?

If this is from the original, it should be nice and smooth video along with the original audio.
