Emirates International Capital Advisory to purchase Adaptive Propulsion Systems

Adaptive is the military licensee and technology development contractor for Axial Vector on its ' workhorse' multi fuel engines and its 'coreless
generators'.
This additional multi million dollar investment by Emirates is designed to secure all aspects of the Axial technology to the benefit of Axial
shareholders and future customers. Axial Vector Board of Directors has consented to this purchase and the transfer of limited military licensing
rights from Adaptive Propulsion Systems to Tactronics Holdings LLC.
This transfer of Axial technology military sales rights applies to the United States Military and the militaries of the United Kingdom and Australia
under the same 20% gross royalty payments being made to Axial.

Defense contractor Tactronics Holdings to bring 100 jobs to Long Island.

Defense contractor Tactronics Holdings is expanding to a new 24,000-square-foot headquarters in North Bellport.
The tactical electronic systems company has signed a 10-year lease and will bring 68 current jobs and add another 35 after it settles into the new
facility on Pinehurst Drive.
Tactronics will take advantage of Brookhaven Town Empire Zone benefits in its move from the firm's former home in Westhampton Beach.
Founded in 1993, Tactronics is privately held and has designed and manufactured integrated systems for U.S. Special Operation Forces, the Army, the
Navy, NASA and the United Kingdom Special Forces.
Marie Zere, chief executive of Zere Real Estate Services in Ronkonkoma, and Michael Zere, vice president for Zere, represented Tactronics and worked
closely with Ray Donnelly, director of Brookhaven's Economic Development office to bring the company to North Bellport.
John O'Hara of Corporate Realty Services in Hauppauge represented the landlord.
