Linky type thing

Cnn had a pretty good story about it. The orbit of the ISS is actually below the level of a lot of satellites, so when these pieces start to come down, they're actually coming down to the level of the ISS. It looks like this one will be passing by around 2:15am Tuesday.

The warnings are issued if debris is expected to pass through an area extending 15 miles on either side of the space station or about a half mile above or below it.
If NASA decides a collision-avoidance maneuver is required, then it would be performed at 9:54 p.m. tonight.

The latest word is that the object is becoming less of a concern.
