i wonder if it would respond favorably to METHYL B-12? i cured horrible diabetic neuropathy with it. it was originally discovered as a treatment for
children with autism and the doctor soon discovered it was also relieving and reversing the damage of diabetic neuropathy.
essentially, vitamin b-12 has several uses the body employs. it requires various chemicals to fully utilize these uses. one of the chemicals
apparently breaks down parts of b-12 into a form called METHYL B-12. the methyl b-12 form is used by the body to regenerate nerves, specifically
damaged nerves. autistic chlidren are born without the chemical to break down b-12 into its methyl form, so when their nerves begin to die off from
normal wear and tear, they aren't replaced or regenerated, leading to autism. a similar mechanism comes into play when the insulin hormone
malfunctions in a diabetic. apparently it plays a role in the extraction of methyl b-12 and in its absence, when the nerves are damaged, they don't
regenerate.
i'm not sure what the medical causes of rheumatoid arthritis are or if lack of methyl b-12 nerve regeneration has anything to do with the problem.
but if the mechanism is the same or ends up being the same, it might help?
here's a pub med report on its use in rheumatoid arthritis patients

here's one that discusses methyl b-12 and other b vitamins in treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, related to reducing homocysteine

p.s. for nerve regeneration in diabetic neuropathy and autism, for example, t can't be just any b-12 vitamin. it HAS to be METHYL B-12, this due
primarily to the fact the body is apparently not breaking that part of b-12 down properly and the nerves which require the methyl form to regenerate,
die and never regenerate, as a result. so the methyl b-12 form has already had that process done that your body is not doing on its own. one of the
big issues, however, is related to the gut, and the inability of some people with such problems to absorb ingested vitamins in their intestinal tract.
for this reason, the issue has been addressed as most successful when given intravenously. i just take methyl b-12 tablets from the health food
store.. someone else might need the shots.
