Is this the ASTRA ufo?

I have seen a craft just like this, minus fins and white glowing ball, and the link nosmokinggun added looks even closer.

The behavior of the craft in OP mimics fairly well, (my craft didnt rotate, it was on a flight path), but my craft was lower and slow and steadily foloowed its straight path away from us.

Thanks for posting this, exciting to discover there is an actual nmae to put with my sighting, I wonder if any of the military bases near Louisville could be testing this craft?

First of all,i don't know if this is true or not but i sure am impressed!

Anyway,i don't get why everybody believe that the one who watches something like this has to say something.Some people when are shocked they scream,some talk to their own self,some others freeze etc etc etc.BUT-He does seem to whisper something at 0:57,three words maybe,the first sounding like "Josef"? lol Sounds ssilly but that's how it sounds to me.

Anyway,the "no commentary" thing doesn't mean that it's a hoax.Now if this is one,i have no idea.
