most likley something falling from the contruction.

The video has been posted a couple of times. It's the remnants of an old Diesel (clothing) viral marketing campaign. I think it was run in 2006. There were several videos doing rounds on the Internet of "creatures with big wings/angels" falling out of the sky or flying around. The campaign was in fact called "Fallen Wings".

All of the videos were available on the site www.fallenwings.org but it has expired some time ago.
