Hey Hey,

Just recently started watching some videos of William "Bill" Cooper and I was wondering if anyone else knew of any other videos or recordings that may be of interest? I'm currently watching a few videos made about Bob Lazar who reportedly worked at area 51 and S-4 on Alien propulsion systems, pretty interesting stuff really. I have seen Bob Lazar a few other times in some related videos and he seems to be a stand up guy but then again we are not face to face so how would I know? Which brings me to my next question for all the ATS Veterans out there, who or what are some people, literature, videos or recordings in which you would deem them "respectable"? I am fairly new to all this so I dont wanna get bogged down with a bunch of useless nonsense spit out by some wacko on youtube. I know we all cant believe everything we read or hear but then again I need a chance to hear or read this "evidence" so I can come to that conclusion myself

Many Thanks

Also check out his book Behold A Pale Horse.

Thanks much,

Sorry about that, didnt realize there was already a thread on the subject, perhaps "opening my eyes" just took on a whole new meaning
.. Thanks again for the reply and yes I agree Bill Cooper was a very good man who loved his country and his countrymen so much so that he gave his life for what he believed in.

There are only four people that I trust in this field and even then I still approach them with a careful eye: Dr James E. McDonald, Bruce Maccabee, Brad Sparks, and Leslie Kean. Unfortunately James is dead, but what he's left behind is top notch science. None of the bull-crap you get with the other credentialed scientists studying Ufology.

Jacques Vallee is pretty interesting. He's more of a theoretical Ufologist than a brass tacks field investigator looking for "alien proof." He has some compelling thoughts that are easily worth reading.

Friedman isn't as much of a shill as people make him out to be. The guy just gets a lot of flak, because he broke Roswell and now it's an entrenched battle with various government agencies that won't be sorted out any time soon. He also pushed the MJ-12 papers which have since been proven fraudulent, but he's still adamant that this isn't the case even though William Moore admitted that he had worked hand-in-hand with military intelligence during the 1980's and disseminated disinformation (the MJ12 papers specifically) in an attempt to get on the inside of the military's knowledge of UFOs (read Greg Bishop's book Project Beta for a better treatment of this particular subject).

I'm deeply skeptical of Bill Cooper. There are also a number of major curiosities with Lazar that make me back away from him.

My best advice is read this. That's the best information anyone's going to get on the subject of UFOs. I'm not even going to broach abductions, because there are very few cases that are corroborated by radar. Interestingly though the first publicly known case, Betty and Barney Hill, was supposedly tracked at a nearby AFB.

Bill Cooper was a belligerent sociopath held in ill-regard by all but a fringe minority within the UFO field. Not a hero, not a patriot.

Before believing a single thing that comes out of Cooper's mouth, I would recommend reading Don Ecker's exposes of the "man."

Sweetness,

Thanks much for all the info and links I'll be sure to read them when I get off work. I would also like to speak more with those who say Bill Cooper is a fraud or a misinformation agent, Not that I disagree with your assumption but I am curious as to why you believe this way.

Because we have looked in to Cooper's background or have listen to those who had the misfortune of encountering Cooper. The man was a sociopath; the bull and china-shop analogy is fitting for Cooper's time in the UFO field. He was the embodiment of corruption and the taint lingers to this day.

Bob Lazar I think might be legit. The science seems feasible. I've seen quite a few debunks on him but the only way to really know is apply the science. Synthesize 115 and try it out. (we can it's a real element) Unfortunately you can disregard his claims which is fine, but still something like that, especially the science, is worth looking in to. Even if we can only make small small amounts we can still test the science on the micro scale which could provide insight on the macro scale. Some say he did it for the money, others say he is a psychopath, some think he is legit. I say the science will prove it.
