File a Civil Complaint or the U.K.'s version of such. These jersies were watching on the video and felt like 'power tripping'. I deal with it in my area. As, them there webbie cammies empower people to all but rule the world in order to be seen on the Inet around me. Don't know why but some just have to be "Seen" ruling.

Yeah, just go to another precinct and explain what happened. All you have to do is find the right person to talk to.
