The lack of UK figures since 2004 says it all. The British Government aren't admitting the scale of the problem.

Those of us with common sense and who don't mind working and saving are surviving this just fine.


And when those people lose their jobs and receive no unemployment benefits, their savings dry up, and they have to resort to selling off everything they own... when they become YOU and US, then you'll lose that chip on your shoulder.

Wow. There are millions upon millions of squatters in my country but at least most of them have electricity and access to water. Some are even made from concrete. You can actually find decent illegal homes made from cement under bridges.
