They're not legal tender so why buy them? ... and why pay more than face value for them even then?

and if anyone's interested, I have two crisp 2 dollar bills for sale, in sequence.

I could tell these were cheap just by seeing the commercial.

I'm not sure why anyone would buy anything that Montel Williams is trying to sell. That should have been the first clue.
