Local lunatic David Thompson complains to Charlotte, NC city council during a community access forum, which is conveniently captured on tape and broadcast live on the local community access channel. There aren't enough tags to cover his rant against Ice in the arena, rogue helicopter pilots, and "terrorist pussies".

I just saw this from our City Council meeting here in Charlotte. Sounds a lot like some of you guys on here! Kinda made me laugh, this guy gets REALLLLY into it!

This guy has showed up twice now lol.

Wait till about about 1:55 into the video, guy goes crazy!

He's actually a pretty good speaker. If he could just keep his cool and go at it like a gentleman he'd probably make some headway. Noooo chance of that now.

That guy is gold.

He really needs to get some anger management treatment.

Wow, that guy is REALLY intense.... I thought he was going to rip the podium up!

All that because a helicopter flew low over his house!? Id hate to see what would happen if he had a complaint about something more serious!
