Stimulus & FEMA?

FEMA and the Stimilus Bill

Hello, I was watching the news last night and saw some of the pork projects for the stimulus bill and was wondering if ya'll think the bill has anything to do with the military and FEMA things going on. These are all states that I have read had FEMA and or military things going on in them already. (Montana, Texas, Georgia, Wyoming)
