The nice thing about ramen is it's cheap.
Another nice thing about it is that there a ZILLIONS of ways to prepare it in order to make it an actual healthy meal.
Plain ramen - there's your salt and carbs.
Add some frozen veggies. Peas, corn, carrots, etc...to taste.
