Me and a couple friends were sitting around an ihop table drinking coffee discussing the welfare state we're living in. All of a sudden a solution hit me. Free markets encourage hard work and ingenuity. Meanwhile there are many people who can't or don't want to be burdened by daily life, for that reason they have welfare.

In my ideal economic system the people who need welfare have the government take on their debt, once this is done they are introduced into something very like a communism, where everyone does everything for everyone else. A community council reviews the gross income from the community and decides what to buy with it, imports are allowed, including goods and services that can't be provided due to lack of training of welfare members. Once you have repaid your debt that society took on upon your entering you are released back into the free market system.

Due to the fact that people within the welfare system take care of each other the people within the free market are allowed to due whatever they want without fear of taxation. This means that when you get your driving license you will have to pay for usage of the roads that are made by private companies. If you decide you want a fire engine to stop your house from burning it will be charged to your account. Police will be funded by ticketing.

I'm going to be writing a book about this ideal society of mine so I'd appreciate it if my fellow members would critique, question, and blatantly tell me why some of the things this society is doing are wrong. I will attempt to come up with solutions to all of your concerns.
