Is it for Real? Am I a Lottery winner?

Recently I received this notification. I'm intrigued, I didn't believed it.
Please somebody tell me if is it for real or just a joke.
Does anybody knows about it?

I say scam, of course I don't live in the UK but something like that here in the states sscreams scam, sorry,

ive had lots of these. just a scam im afraid!!

Does anybody recived the same?
Do you know how to verify addresses?

For the love of all that is awesome, please just google it. Google really is a bitchin' tool when used properly.

All the more reason we need to keep it from falling into Skeletor's hands....

The fact it's a "Hotmail" email address should ring the alarm bells. If it was a legit organisation then it would be using a company email account.

I'm from the UK and not seen this scam yet but plenty of the Euro Lottery ones.
Nevertheless, I'm sure there are those, blinded by the £ signs who would go along with it and get ripped off.

edit to add: just noticed that the phone number given is a cell phone number as well, probably a pay-as-you-go unit bought for cash so untraceable.

Makes me laugh, cuz its been awhile since my freind from Nigeria sent me a letter
