From Russia - Miracle, HAARP or Camera Trick??

Okay guys .. this is interesting.

Miracle? HAARP? Trick of the light on the camera?
I'm thinking it's not HAARP or Bluebeam.
The video doesn't say if it was over a church, house, open countryside ...
I don't know why Bluebeam would fake this.

I'm thinking is authentic or a very, very unusual trick of the light on the camera. But for a light to randomly make this particular image .. I would think it would be incredible. Could it be bouncing off a church somewhere onto clouds????
