Radio waves have good propagation characteristics at the frequencies described. I believe this technology is a precursor to the mark of the beast, described in Revelations in Biblical prophecy.

I am still here. One poster mentioned mistreatment of whistleblowers and there has been retaliation and reprisal however this issue is paramount because I have been involved with the program and I can attest that the failure to allow Congressional oversight of this has led to abuse of this technology domestically. If this were being used on the enemy as intended, nobody would even be heing about this. It has been used here at home against innocents. -DIVIDEBYZERO

The use of the biomedical devices to deliver testosterone is described in a patent which was filed by the contractor. patent 6,175,764

The specific number of 50x above normal was quoted from a Quarterly Progress Report required each fiscal quarter from the contractor.

No bull# here. If this technology wasn't crimally abused domestically against innocent Americans and used on the enemy as intended, this program would remain a secret. The lackof oversight and secrecy has resulted in abuses and allowed the administration to target political and personal adversaries as well as use the technology to accomplish other strategic domestic objectives. Congress needs to know what has happened and the only way to deter future abuse is prosecution. I cannot post in this forum what I have witnessed, except to say it was not even close to resembling carrying out their job duties and is as far over the line as is imaginable. Prosecution is nothing compared to what CIA and contract personnel have dished out over the last 8 years.

This is an interesting story.

It would be nice if it were proven to be true but we all know they hate paying retribution for people they abused. They'd rather just kill them or get them to kill themselves, "proving" they were right all along about their victim.

But it seems to me it would be easier for parties to manipulate brain waves than secrete a chemical that would need refilling. Plus, they'd use a lot of manpower keeping tabs on the victim to make sure their device isn't discovered. Seems like a lot of trouble and money to me.

I am not a US citizen, and I am not a terrorist. I come from a small country that is a part of what is collectively called the British commonwealth. I was however hospitalized in the united states in the months following September 11, after a road accident that required surgery. As I was a student pilot, who had trained on the UK mainland in the year 2001, and had started some additional flight training on the continental united states, it is possible I was on a list of possible "persons of interest". Following the accident, I abandoned my flight training, in the months and years that followed I began to experience things that to this day I will not talk openly about as in isolation they can all be explained by other less "conspiratorial" means. I had my suspicions and I quietly began to research the possibility of something being done to me whilst sedated in the USA. Eventually the bulk of the symptoms subsided and I stopped thinking about it. One symptom has persisted - a sleep disorder.

A few years ago I began to get severe headaches. I was living in Sydney Australia at the time and decided to go to a doctor at a medical centre to get checked out. He sent me to a radiology clinic to have a head X-ray, and I was told to come back the next day to collect my prints to take them to the doctor. When I did this, I was given an excuse that the person who delt with that was sick and I needed to return the next day. When I finally got them and took them to my doctor he glanced at them and said it was all normal (he determined this from a letter that accompanied the scans) and referred me to an expensive sleep specialist as he felt my headaches were from lack of sleep. As I had paid for the scans I took them home with me and decided to have a good look. I noticed a strange feature that did not look normal on the outside of the skull, approximately where the headaches seemed to be. So I went back to the doctor and asked him about it, and promised to have another look. When I went back about a week later it turns out he had lost the films. At that point I figured it would be impossible to get an honest answer from any official medical channels so I gave up. I also came to the resolve that I just would rather not know. The headaches went away , and as I was broke in a country that did not wish to extend subsidized health care to people from my home country for political reasons, I never followed up on the sleep specialist. The first session where the guy spent 15 minutes with me and then gave me a $480 bill to tell me something I already knew put me off.

I am back home now, and I just read about this admission by the CIA. Oh well. I guess I will never know.
